CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Beginner Muay Thai

Students warm-up, jumprope, stretch, shadow, do bag work and learn basic technique. Beginner programs are open to All Levels. 

Intermediate Muay Thai

Intermediate students can take all of our Muay Thai classes expect for Advanced classes (unless cleared by a coach).  

Advanced Pad Work and Technique

Self-directed advanced technique and padwork. Students must be experienced with holding pads. 

All Levels Muay Thai

Students of all levels are welcome to take these classes. 

All Levels Clinch Technique

Students of all levels learn standing grappling technique, use of elbows, knees, and throws. 

Strength and Conditioning

High intensity workouts to develop cardio, agility, and strength. 

Group Run

Morning run with coaches and members. Meet up in Uptown Kingston. Contact for details.
