CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
CLASS: KIDS MUAY THAI
Our youth program also focuses heavily on skill building drills to develop situational and body awareness, endurance and agility. Learn more
CLASS: MUAY THAI BAG WORK
We increase power, timing and footwork on the heavy bag by building combinations step-by-step and developing stamina through the use of varied training intervals and intensities.
CLASS: MUAY THAI PAD WORK
Students of all skill levels work with rotating partners to work on developing offensive and defensive combinations with Thai pads.
CLASS: MUAY THAI CLINCH TECH
Students of all levels learn standing grappling technique, use of elbows, knees, and throws.
CLASS: TECHNICAL SPARRING
Light contact technical sparring (60-70% power) with an emphasis on technique development, skill, and control.
CLASS: MUAY THAI BOXING
Students learn Muay Thai hand striking technique and boxing skills.
CLASS: KALI
Students learn the basic footwork and stick work of Kali.
CLASS: KIDS MUAY THAI
Students learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai and build a foundation of strength, agility and coordination.
CLASS: FIGHT TEAM
Members support each other's training through training, sparring, cardio, diet, and running.
